Ingredients:
- Wet
- 2-3 riped bananas(250g)(about 1 cup)
- 6 TBSP melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 TBSP fresh lemon juice
- Dry
- 1 1/3 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2/3 cup Brown Sugar(firmly packed)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts(optional)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (170°C).
2. Prepare muffin pan.
3. Wisk all the dry ingredients except for the walnuts.
4. Mash the bananas, melted butter, vanilla and lemon juice together.
5. Pour the banana mixture into the dry ingredients.
6. add walnuts.
7. Fold together until blended.
8. Pour batter into the prepared muffin pan.
9. Bake 25 min. or until toothpick comes out clean.
10. Makes 10 Muffins.
