Ingredients:
- 2-3 riped bananas(250g)(about 1 cup)
- 6 TBSP melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/3 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2/3 cup Brown Sugar(firmly packed)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 350°F (170°C).
2.Butter and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
3.Wisk all the dry ingredients except for the walnuts.
4.Mash the bananas, melted butter and vanilla together.
5.Lightly beat the eggs together.
6.Mash the banana mixture with the eggs until well blended.
7.Pour the banana mixture into the dry ingredients.
8. add walnuts.
9. Fold together until well blended.
10. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
11. Bake 50-60 min. or until toothpick comes out clean.
12, Cool in pan 10 minutes; invert onto cooling rack.
Serve warm or cool!
