Butter Cream Mints
Ingredients:
1 8 oz package cream cheese
2 lbs confectioners sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 lb butter
1 box unsweetened chocolate squares
1/3 bar paraffin
Directions:
1. Blend cream cheese, confectioners sugar, vanilla and butter.
2. Cool thoroughly.
3. Roll into small balls.
4. Melt chocolate and paraffin in double boiler and dip balls into the still warm chocolate.
5. Set on wax paper to cool.
