"Butter Crisco" Oatmeal Cookies

  • 3/4 Cup Butter Flavored Crisco
  • 1 1/4 Cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

  • 3 Cups Oatmeal
  • 1 Cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
    1. Pre heat the oven to 375F
    2. Prepare cookie sheets with baking paper
    3. Combine Butter Flavor Crisco, brown sugar, egg, milk, and vanilla in a large bowl.
    4. Combine oats, flour, soda, salt and cinnamon into the creamed mixture at low speed just until blended.
    5. Drop rounded tablespoonfulls of dough 2 inch apart on prepared baking sheet.
    6. Bake at 375F for 10 minutes.
