Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F
2. Cream crisco, sugar and eggs together.
3. Mix and sift flour, baking powder and salt
4. add alternately with the milk to the first mixture.
5. Add vanilla and beat thoroughly.
6. Pour into greased muffin or cup cake pans
7. bake at 375F for 15 to 20 minutes.
8. This recipe makes 16 cup cakes.
