Ingredients:
- Cream together
- 1 eggs
- 1/2 Cup brown sugar
- 1/2 Cup sugar
- 1/2 Cup butter
- 1 Cup shredded zucchini
- Blend dry ingredients
- 2 Cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 Cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
1.Pre heat the oven to 350F (176C)
2.Beat eggs; add sugars, butter and zucchini.
3.Sift dry ingredients together.
4.Add dry ingredients to liquid mixture.
5.Stir in vanilla and nuts.
6.Drop by rounded spoonfulls onto cookie sheet lined with baking paper.
7.Bake for 8 minutes at 350F (176C)
