Ingredients:
- 4 tomatoes diced
- 3 onions diced
- 250g lady fingers "okra" cut to 1 inch
- 1 drum stick cut to 2 inch
- 4 indian chilis cut to 1 inch
- 5 red dried chilis
- 1/2 teaspoon brown mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon jeera "cumin seeds"
- 4 Indian chilis diced
- 1 Tablespoon garlic/ginger paste
- 1 Tablespoon chili powder
- 1/4 Tablespoon coriander powder
- 2 Tablespoons Sambar
- 3/4 to 1 Tablespoon Salt (to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric power

Directions:
First vegies:
1. Fry the lady fingers "okra" and drum sticks in a small amount of oil over a
high heat for about 4 minutes.
Next:
2. Coat the bottom of the wok w/ oil for frying
3. tear red chilis into the oil
4. add mustard seeds
5. add jeera "cumin seeds"
6. add Indian chilis
7. add Onions
Stir fry until brown
8. Add tomatoes, cook until paste
9. add garlic/ginger paste
insure mixture looks oily
10. add fried veggies
11. add enough water to make a soup
12. add chili powder
13. add coriander powder
14. add Sambar
15. Let boil
16. add salt to taste
17. when done add about ½ teaspoon Turmeric power

Notes:
*** Melinda Winslow - This is enough to serve 4 persons.
It was prepared in a wok, which worked well with this recipe. Lady Fingers are
"okra" and Drumb Sticks can be found in your local Indian store. Please ask about
the "way" to eat the Drumb Sticks. I'm sure you could leave them out and the dish
